The M.O.S.T. Card File Creation Utility lets you build an on-card file system with complete data modeling of the security parameters specified in ISO 7816. After the smartcard is configured, the tool allows for data loading of a test card that can then be put into the designer’s application for real time evaluation.

The kit also has with Winplex® middleware and a PC/SC Utility. These components enable a programmer to create a smart card-based transaction system that issues, updates and transacts securely throughout the whole lifecycle of a card while protecting user ID, card access and file information.

Winplex® was created by CardLogix and is the only smart card middleware that enables system design with support for multiple card types (both memory and microprocessor). Multiple card reader types i.e. USB, serial, kiosk, PCMCIA, ExpressCard and magstripe cards are all supported, as well as multiple card readers on the same PC. This is all accomplished with the one command set. The API supports AES, DES and Triple DES encryption and the SHA 1 and 256 authentication algorithms.

M.O.S.T. Toolz provides full support for all of the latest-generation CardLogix smart cards and file types, including extended large file types. The Toolz are designed for use in Windows Vista or XP operating systems. Also included are device drivers for the Linux environments.
